CANCELLATION POLICY

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to others. In order to be respectful to other clients, please email us at bookings@apurtureone.com as soon as you know that you will not be able to make your appointment.

This is a promotional event, so the fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we understand – life happens. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice and we’ll work to reschedule your session within 15 days of the original appointment. We only allow ONE reschedule date. Less than 48 hours notice and “no-shows” forfeit their deposit.
